WELCOME

Dear Parents and Friends,

It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to the Canyon Heights Academy Annual Gala Auction & Dinner: Just Imagine. Just imagine what we can do together to build Canyon Heights Academy to be everything God intends. As you visit with our school families and friends this evening, you will notice the feeling of unity and commitment to our mission: Educate the mind, Form the character, and Inspire the hearts of tomorrow’s leaders. By being here this evening and by actively participating in our auction, you will help us to continue the program of education that sets Canyon Heights Academy apart from other schools throughout the area. Your support is essential to our fundraising for this school year. Thank you to each of you for supporting our event this evening and to our Board of Directors for their leadership as we strive for “Semper Altius” in all we do.

Thank you also to the many companies and individuals who have generously donated unique and outstanding items to our silent and live auctions and sponsored our event. A very special thank you to Mrs. Lina Ward and Mrs. Melissa Erickson, our co-chairs for tonight’s beautiful event. Beginning last summer, their leadership and diligence to create a successful evening is evident in each detail and greatly appreciated. Thank you as well to the many volunteers who have given their time, talents, and treasure to  ensure everything is just as it should be to ensure your evening is “everything you could imagine.”

Have a wonderful time tonight knowing that it is because of your generosity that we will continue to build Canyon Heights Academy to be the very best it can be and to give a CHA education to as many students as possible.

May God bless each of you abundantly,

Margaret A. Richardson, EdD.

Head of School

HEADS OR TAILS

How to Play:

Purchase beaded necklaces from the CHA teachers roaming the Silent Auction room. Beads are $75 each, 3 for $150 or 6 for $250. Purchase as many as you like, give them to your spouse, your child’s teacher, staff or religious leader. Each person may wear a maximum of three beaded necklaces at the start of the game.

It's simple:

Adorn yourself with up to 3 beaded necklaces!! The auctioneer will flip the coin, choose your call — hands on your head, or hands on your “tail.” If your guess matches the tossed coin, continue
playing. If not, take o one beaded necklace! The game continues until only ONE player is left with a beaded necklace.
